14-day return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Before sending anything back, email ygcraft@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return instructions, return address, and any applicable return-shipping arrangements.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
