Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the final item in your order. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day where required by applicable law.

How to Request a Return or Cancellation

Please sign in to your customer account to submit a request.

You may request cancellation for an order that has not yet been fulfilled. For an order that has been delivered, you may request a return.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund as soon as reasonably possible. For eligible EU withdrawals, the refund includes the original standard delivery charge and will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
• Other products excluded under applicable law

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
